Weather

  We are committed to making every effort to film your games, even during inclement weather. However, the safety of our videographers is our top priority. If lightning, extreme wind, heavy rain, or other dangerous weather conditions occur, filming may be paused or stopped to ensure the safety of our team and to protect the equipment. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any missed plays caused by weather-related disruptions (such as but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme heat/cold that affects the equipment). 

Film Availibility

 Our goal is to have your film up the same day of your game! While the goal is the same day, we provide a 24 hour SLA. Over the last 5 years, we have never missed this. If you can’t see your film after that period of time, please contact us. 

For Youth packages silver or greater, we include a 1 year Hudl subscription and grant you a license to the games that we film of your team and you can view those in Hudl, download the footage or request access to the full quality versions at the end of the season.

Scout Film/Sharing Film

 Scout film access is determined by the package you purchase. For most divisions, we provide access to all games played within your division, giving you a comprehensive view to prepare for your opponents. In divisions where fewer than 50% of the teams are HD Team Sports customers, we guarantee at least the most recent game of your upcoming opponent.

You will have a license to view all available scout film in your division via Hudl throughout the season, up until your team is eliminated from the playoffs. We ensure that the film is added to your library the same night, so you're fully prepared for the week ahead. No need to worry about trading film — we handle that for you.

When you purchase a filming package, you receive a license to access the games you’ve paid for and participated in. We will share these games with you via Hudl (if you have a package that includes Hudl) or an alternative platform, such as Google Drive or YouTube. This license grants you the ability to view, download, or share your game film (games you paid for and played in) with teams or individuals outside of HD Team Sports, should you choose to do so.

However, you are NOT permitted or licensed to share or download games in which your team did not play. Any violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of filming services without refund and/or billing for unauthorized games.

We do not provide scout film for High School teams. 

Endzone angle 

The endzone angle provides an incredible view of your team for teaching purposes. Because of this, the endzone angle can only be purchased for your own team.  

Location

For UYFC games, we film any game in Utah County and Herriman. This includes your game and any scout film that is needed. In recent years, there have been teams join from Vernal, Nephi and others. We do not travel to locations other than Utah County and Herriman, unless you contact us about paying an additional travel charge to those locations.
